Very good, although post #1 said very clearly not to post demos, and account must be older than 3 months

Yeah that's an interesting one ... during the period from Feb 12 - Feb 27, 'Gain' fell from 10.64% to 5.92% ..... so I don't really understand why max DD on the account is recorded as 1.02%.During that period I had trades open in large floating profit, so I assumed it recalculated when they were closed.

lol, interesting theory ... I guess that would work in the short term, but a quick review of the trade history would show that up? I dunno. In the long term obviously it wouldn't make a difference. But no, I didn't do that. The two systems I posted are one strategy, one account is a continuation of the other ... in March I switched to MT4 and started fresh. So my real results from the last 8 months are the two accounts combined: 21% gain with 2.4% max DD.

I'm not going to say you're wrong, but it's not really relevant to this thread - the author of this thread listed quite specific criteria for posting here. If you think his criteria are too low, take it up with him. And I don't think you can put a fixed number on the amount of trades needed to give a strategy relevance .... it depends on the trade frequency. 50 trades with an average trade length of 3 days is not the same as 50 trades with an average trade length of 3 minutes.

Did anyone read the criteria in post #1? There is a large number of new, unverified and high DD accounts being posted here. 15.5% Gain, 1% drawdown:http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Aaron1/aaron/10774485% Gain (newer account, 3 months old) 2.4% drawdown:http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Aaron1/aaron-f1/1211095
Running a PAMM / MAMM account within Australia

Are you sure about this Matthew? If you are directly handling clients money obviously you need to be fully regulated but I thought the whole idea of PAMM accounts is that the broker handles that side of things for you.If what you are saying is correct, traders in Australia probably can't become Autotrade providers at Myfxbook either, since it works on the same principle as PAMM.There are Australian brokers offering PAMM services - Pepperstone is one - it would be interesting to hear their thoughts on the matter. (Just be wary of sales pitches). I think if you contact ASIC five times you...
