I would recommend CedarFx. I can deposit as little as $10 and get leverage up to 1:500. They offer a 0% commission account aswell. I’ve found the speed of trade executions to be one of the best I’ve used. Not had any issues so far.

A good broker is one that most meets your own personal needs. So it very much depends on what you are looking for. I personally use CedarFx because I was looking for a broker that had very low deposit limits and high leverage available. Found them to be very reliable so far.

I use CedarFx. Was trading on the demo account for about 3 months until I felt confident. Then went live and haven’t had any issues. Spreads are decent, trades are quick and the withdrawals complete without big delays.
Any 500 to 1 leverage brokers left?

Yes there are. I use CedarFx for precisely that reason. Also they deposit limits are small because of the high leverage.

Self Discipline is the most important thing to have. Devise and test multiple strategies and when and only when you find a successful formula, then implement it and stick to all of it parameters every single time.
