Customer service is horrible. Run by a couple kids who most likely stole the EA from someone else... that's what I have heard on other forums at least. Got set up and it is set to work only one computer at a time. I replaced my trading computer and now can't get a hold of any one after several attempts via email and Skype. They have several aliases and multiple email addresses that go to the same place. I was only able to use it for a few days, but quickly figured out the simple strategy, which is just basic mathematical scalping, no real trading strategy. You have to baby sit the EA e...
