mfb looks to be a very serious source, I believe they take responsibility in information they request you to provide to work with their services

I guess the question of this thread mainly relates not to opposition of live and demo, but to difference of dealing with both of them and outcomes of such difference. What you say is the truth, but it is also useful for new traders to get a better edge of what is demo for and what is live for ;-)

I am of the thought that although demo and live have to be technically the same, demos seem to suffer from the volatility much less. I heard there were some brokers who smooth demo accounts intentionally and thus attract traders and encourage for live trading.

I monitor economic calendar at forexfactory.com, also I see daily analysis and news feed, assists well for trading

Personally I have negative experience with binaries. With one of Russian companies. Loss is got significantly more often than profit and I dare say even too much often to be just coincidence even if you get to trade after thorough analysis. I will never be surprised if one day I suddenly discover an obvious evidence that binaries are manipulated. I think they are just casinos that position themselves to be brokers. But I am glad that got my negative experience only with not very great amount. Avoid that stuff.
