DATE: 31.10.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: -35 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: A bearish price action signal formed on 12:00 BST candle. Price initially dropped but shot up on the next candle. A bullish price action entry then occurred so my Sell trade was stopped out for a -70 pip loss. This has brought my October total down to a negative of -35 pips for the month. Bullish trade is still open at around BE.

DATE: 28.10.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: +23 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: Bearish trade that was opened from yesterday was closed before USD GDP figures came out for a small profit of +25 pips. The GDP figures did push price back up to the upside. At 21:00 BST, there was a bullish price action formation but I closed this trade immediately, as per my rules I do not leave trades open over the weekend.

The results of these figures caused some volatility with the price initially shooting upwards before taking a sharp turn to the downside which created a sell trade, which is still open now. Will close before USD Advanced GDP numbers which will be released tomorrow at 13:30 BST

A bullish price action move to the upside created a buy trade at 12:00 BST, which meant the previous sell position was closed automatically for that loss of -54 pips. New buy trade is still open and hovering around BE level. GBP GDP figures are due out at 09:30 am BST so will exit this trade at 09:00 am

DATE: 25.10.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: -90 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: Trade that that was opened yesterday ended in a full loss of 90 pips. For most of the morning price was hovering just below my entry of 1.2243. I had planned to exit at 15:00 before Carney speech at 15:30 BST but around 13:30 price shot down in bearish direction and took out my stop loss. Price continued to drop and another bearish price action formation resulted in a sell trade being opened at 17:00 BST just after Draghi speech had commenced. At time of writing this trade is -25 pips below entry price.

DATE: 24.10.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: ## Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: Trade was opened in bullish direction on 08:00am BST 4H candle. After an initial burst upwards price couldn’t break through resistance at 1.2255 and reversed back downwards. At time of writing (22:30 BST) trade sits at -15 pips below entry price. BOE GOV Carney & President Draghi are scheduled to speak tomorrow from 15:35 BST onwards so I will be exiting trade at 15:00 as per my rules.

DATE: 21.10.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: -19 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: A trade in bearish direction was opened up at 17:00 BST from 12am Candle on 4H. Candle pushed down initially to +30 pips but formed a bullish pin bar and quickly rose back up to leave my trade -39 pips at highest point. Price retraced a bit towards the downside and I closed my trade at 21:00 BST (*Market close was in an hour at 10pm) for a relatively small loss of -19 pips.
