We do not overall have anything to do with this system. We have been providing it but we have no acces to the algorithm meaning we can not explain what was the cause to the crash. We contacted the provider already 3 weeks before the crash to make sure he was monitoring the system but it was not possible for us to make him agree with us that manual overriding was needed. The other systems we have running are systems we have more knowlege off however it is different system providers we have running the systems.
