You mentioned concerns about your positions being "hunted" when trading with a prop firm. Are you referring to slippage and spread manipulation by the broker, or are you worried about larger market participants targeting your trades? Also, are you using a firm that offers direct market access (DMA) or one with a dealing desk model? That could make a difference in how your orders are handled.

Trading without emotions is nearly impossible but managing them is what really matters. Having a clear strategy and sticking to it makes a big difference. I try to keep my trades structured with predefined entry and exit points so I do not make impulsive decisions. Also risk management is key because if you are comfortable with what you are risking there is less fear involved. Taking breaks helps too especially after a losing streak.
