I had this issue too. The workaround I found is to remove the EA from the data-folder in order to reset the terminal. When it's reset close the terminal, re-add the EA to the data-folder and start the terminal. Add the EA to one chart, let it activate and make sure the red padlock icon is displayed, then move on to the next chart. If the padlock icon isn't displayed, remove the EA from the chart and try again.Note, it's not a fix just a workaround, something needs to be done with the activation process!
