EUR / USD was indecisive yesterday. The outlook remains neutral in nearest term but we have potential false breakout scenario as seen on hourly chart, especially if price able to make a clear break and daily close below 1.1200, re-testing 1.1065.

The dollar continues its positive performance since the end of last week. Despite the statements of three presidents of the Fed, in April and June is still possible interest rates rise, the market did not react strongly. Euro/dollar was volatile yesterday. The outlook remains bearish for now, but as long as the price holds above 1.1065, the pair is still in the upward phase targets near the trend line resistance, localized around 1.1300. On the downside, a clear break below 1.1065 will become a threat to the bullish phase targets near 1.1000 or lower. Resistance for the day is 1.1125 (yesterday's high). A clear break above it could trigger further bullish pressure testing 1.1200. The main technical outlook remains neutral.

The euro broke a five-day losing streak against the US dollar and rose on Friday despite good data on US inflation.The currency pair EUR/USD ended the week at 1.1129, raising on Friday with 0.22 percent, and since the beginning of the year the euro has risen nearly 2.5 percent against the green money.
