It seems you need to delete personal files (account information files) when uninstall MT4, I had same problem, but resolved when I uninstall that way.

You are probably right, this EA placed 6 orders yesterday, all ended up with losses.... I will test one more week, if it keeps this way, I will ask for refund.

That is good, thanks. This EA now works on my computer with a VPN, but no orders were placed in last day although there were some arrows shown up in chart by FGB indicator, hope I got some pips in next few days. About VPS, no, that is too expensive to use it for now, to be honest, my current live trading account's balance is $200 with Oanda, I just want to test this EA before I deposit more money as well as purchase a VPS. By the way, their support's response is too too slow.... this probably will be one of reasons that I will claim refund.

Proxy / VPN only works when I activate License, but does not work when I use EA. On chart, the License Status always shows "VERIFYING".. never worked so far.

I have already activated it with license manager, and checking status with license manager returns "License status is valid", but when I drap EA to chart, that license status always shows "Verifying"....One special thing on my side is that I am in China, it seems this EA's license verify server is blocked by GFW (China Government Firewall), initially I could not even activate it with license manager, afterwards I used a VPN and resolved it. But it has never worked on my chart even I used same VPN, the one has already helped me activate license. By the way, I am not goin...

Just purchased this EA, I have two problems...1) when I tried to activate license, got socket error, but resolved it with a proxy.2) when I attach it to EUR/USD chart, License Status always show "Verifying", I do not know if that status means it's working or not, no trades were placed so far, I am still waiting for their suppor team's answer about it.
