I got refund without a problemn. 1 mail including the transaction data and they credited the amount to my account back within 2 days.Actually I was lucky as I didn't receive the 2 loosing trades, but that also shows that a copy trading "EA" is more like gambling than investing. I learned my lesson and will stay away from that kind of software in future.
