I see. Cool. Thanks. I hope it is so. :)Yea, this was unusual for me to see. Usually server is already detected and added and with last contest I could play around with charts but trades were disabled.I thought I was going to see the same in this case.

I installed MT4 and upon opening the software it asked me to insert brokers name or server.Does anyone know what needs to be done? Because mt4 will not update my charts. Or will this error go away when they enable accounts? ( What is the servers name for this broker? )

Hello,Nope. I have one other platform open and the charts work normal. It is just on MT4 with you. Unfortunately. My network and internet connection work perfectly normal.

I would say, it is weekend, so you can't expect much. As long as it does connect, you are good. Check at 21:00 GMT again. And no, verification/registration has nothing to do with the server. Below the window Market Watch (where all currencies are) you should see Navigator window. This is where your account should be.Other than that... File - Open an Account

No, you should be able to see the charts even before the contest. Your charts depend on successful internet connection, defined demo server and such things you have to do when your platform wants to login.(I installed and inserted my username and pass, determined demo classic (contest) server and I can see charts perfectly fine).

Oh my goodness. I see people come up with different terms every day,hehe. Crazy. Thank you but I was not asking for what micro, mini and standard mean. I know what they are. You have few typo errors though. 1 Standard lot represents 100.000 $/eur/gbp/etc... and the lot is on my platform is displayed as 100 (K). Or I guess MT4 displays it as 1.Money exposure is usually between 500 and 700 of currency per 1 standard lot.1 mini lot represents 10.000 ... and the lot on my platform is displayed as 10 (K).
