I know trading journal software exists but even with that you still need to enter the qualitative info like reasons for entering the trade, etc. Any insights greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, Newbie to forex and myfxbook. I've been paper trading forex for a few months and have knowledge in trading equities. So technically, not a total newbie. I'm interested in learning how the more experience traders use trade journals. It seems to be a tedious manual task to log all trades you make, especially for high frequency traders.
