The account has not evaporated. Drawdown is high. I am learning a great deal. To date my method has produced 95% of trades going to profit. That is still the case. What I am learning from this is how to get it to 100%.

Hello tranlee,Drawdown is very high at the moment so I have stepped back from trading and publishing. Yen devaluation and G20 summit caused such volatility it stopped me trading. Should be back on track soon though. Best. Tony

Hello. Yes - to a point. Earlier this year I tested the strategy without stop losses. I quantified how much of the account I could drawdown and still make a profit. The first test was short biased. The second was long biased. The testing helped me define the stops that could be applied to the account and now those stops are in place on all trades. Drawdown is currently less than 1%.

Hello Gina,We are not a PAMM account at present. We are going through the FCA regulation process at present. The only way we can trade with other peoples money at present is for them to become shareholders. The minimum to be a shareholder is £100k.BestTony

I calculate the high and low of the next days trading and take positions accordingly. It is all done by excel spreadsheets and manual trades at present. It could be automated.

If you look at my profile - I made 150% since Feb this year (6 months) starting with approx $25,000. 94% of my trades go to profit. Why would I do anything else?

You could try talking to a trader who uses a discretionary system which has demonstrable results and work with them to develop the EA.
