customer support and communication need significant improvement. Response times are extremely slow, with some queries going unanswered for days—or not at all. In urgent situations, especially involving withdrawals or account issues, this lack of timely support can be incredibly frustrating. A reliable trading platform should prioritize responsive and transparent communication to build trust with its users. Implementing live chat options, quicker email response times, or even dedicated account support could make a huge difference in the overall user experience. Improving this area would take the platform to a whole new level.

I rarely write reviews, but this has been beyond frustrating. I've had a withdrawal request pending for over 3 months now, and despite sending more than 10 emails, I haven’t received a single response.
This kind of silence and delay is completely unacceptable for a financial service. When it comes to people’s money, communication is everything—and they've failed on every level. Support is non-existent, and the platform has shown zero accountability.

If you’re thinking of trading with this broker, think twice. A good trading experience means nothing if you can't actually access your funds. I strongly advise avoiding this broker until they get their act together.

ผมเป็นคนที่เทรดฟอเร็กซ์มาสักพักใหญ่แล้ว ใช้ IUX เป็นโบรกหลักมาปีกว่า หลักๆคือ ระบบเสถียรดีครับ ถ้าใครเป็นสายเทรดจริงจังหรือเทรดชนข่าวผมว่าต้องแบบนี้แหละ ที่สำคัญspreadต่ำมากเมื่อเทียบกับโบรกอื่นในตลาด พวกค่าธรรมเนียมกับค่าคอมก็ไม่ได้ต่างจากโบรกใหญ่ในตลาดเท่าไหร่ เรียกว่าแข่งขันได้ดีเลยครับ อีกข้อที่ผมว่าเหมาะกับคนไทยคือมีซัพพอร์ตภาษาไทย ช่วยได้เยอะมาก มีครั้งนึงผมเจอปัญหาเทคนิคและแจ้งไป เคสของผมทางทีมงานตอบกลับเร็ว แก้ปัญหาให้ทันที ถือว่าประทับใจมากครับ

What do you like best about IUX?

I chose to use IUX because it has very low spreads, as far as I know, it might be the lowest for trading XAU/USD and other major currency pairs. The trading system is stable, allowing for very fast execution, and there is also an app where you can trade and deposit/withdraw directly within the app.

What would you improve about IUX?

Sometimes I want to trade cryptocurrencies. It would be great if the spreads could go even lower.
