However, the refresh rate of a couple minutes (minimum 5) to publish my account history takes too long. Would it be possible to manually trigger a refresh of the account history, via visitor access or something?

WinnerX was manual and had a good success rate with decent R/R. This system doesn't do that. 80% equity. Plus it says Auto. Who knows though...
