Hello AussieForexMelb,

Currently we are optimizing and backtesting/walk-forward testing the EA and making modifications to it. Once it is available we will let those that are interested know.

Agreed, it seems good, but as we all know, M1 scalpers in BT should be taken with extreme caution as there is no slippage/requote in BTs. It also doesn't take into account the delay to execute a trade.

Yes, Thalantas is absolutely right. Slippage and execution delays are HUGE FACTORS for scalpers. Any demo statistics for a scalper are practically useless.

I wonder why this strategy has not been forward tested on a LIVE account - even on a very small account...

Hello all,

Just an update. The EA has been trading on our customers accounts and with great success. We have actually had % or profit on very small lot sizes (0.01-0.05 trades). The accounts range from $250.00 to the thousands.

The slippage and filling of orders is a huge factor I agree. We currently are using a broker and have had no issues will filling of orders with scalping in mind. The usual time of filling of orders is 1-2 seconds, even through major news events.

As well, we are working on a much bigger trading system and hope to have results from that system soon. However, for those that are interested, please feel free to message me for more information.

As well, the EA is owned by a company and is incorporated. The broker that we use is based within Finland and has segregated funds.

Thanks all for the interest. We hope to share the live trading results here soon.

Why do I only see 3 months of data on your track record? What happened to the past 6 months???????

JC,

The results you are seeing are just a strategy test run. Currently we are working on getting the real account information available.

The system that you see above was a beta system and has evolved in to a large data system capable of calculating very high probability trades. Most refer to the system as a neural network.

We are currently still running the above system, but some of our clients/customers are now trying out the 'neural network' EA that we are developing.

Best Regards,

whicked

Looks interesting and an expectancy of 6.1 pips should soak up a fair amount of slippage on live accounts. I'd certainly be interested in taking a look at this. Message me with further details please.
Best regards Steve
