This is very poor that your EA has not been working since yesterday at 0400.

There are 27 open trades - all buy and all in loss are the marking is going the opposite way. Equity is currently 25% down since the signals stopped.

What is the issue? What are you doing to rectify the situation? Do you not think you should be communicating this and perhaps advising people? Do we close all the open trades to prevent further loss? Will you be re-imbursing people for losses incurred whilst your EA, that we have paid subscription for, is unavailable?

you will probably find that it is working, its just your account is in a drawdown period. Ortwin will tell you that with great drawdown comes great reward, but the fact is there are no stops so it will keep going south until the market changes direction

It is not the first time we had a problem. All technic is made by humans. Humans make errors. Therefore technic can not be error-free. But we fixed all errors before. Sometimes it took only a short time. Sometimes it took longer!

You can see: I am not a liar. I have nothing to hide.
Therefore I tell the truth and tell everybody that we have an error here.

Agree. An update is due. Maybe just to the clients, but it would be a sign of care.

Wow, what a poor excuse for a human being and I don't use that insult often. The system as been down for a week but you don't bother telling your customers even though you have everyone's personal information and emails something you DEMANDED as part of the signup process with your service? You leave them hanging with a significant drawdawn against current trend you don't even offer to clean up the situation?

You have many thousands of dollars of clients money at risk and your never, ever performed a single backup and vault copy of your system, software and DB? Are you a pathological ___?

Holy Bat Guano! Ortwin, you are unintellient beyond belief and arrogant to boot. Truly pathological you are.


For anyone out there who reads this and has positions opend without stops is suggest the following line of action ASAP:

1) go into your MT4 and deactivate / remove the QMC EA Copier...do it now before this pathological Ortwin does something else incredible stupid and incompetent.

2) go into your broker and change your mt4 account password on the live account with your broker as Ortwin has a copy of your login and there is no telling what this pathological ___ might do to accounts now. The remember that you will have to correct the MT4 login to the account in your MT4 to use the new password

3) enter your MT4 and immediately install some reasonal stops [it's your choice, 20 pips - 50 pips is reasonable in my mind] on each and every trade so that you don't get wiped out in a GREEK EXIT news flash. Then immediately work up a plan to close these trades ASAP. See (3)

4) I don't have a magic solution I only post this in hopes tha any newbs out there that don't know what to do can have at least this set of advice to work from. After completing 1 & 2. Analyze each currenty and the GOLD prices and see if there is a reversal upcomign which might save some losses. If you truly can't do that yourself then you might want to just close all the trades and take a measured loss rather than take the risk of loosing more or your entire account. I will add that at this date and time 5/26 I see little chance of the G/U and E/U price retracing to allows 100% recuperation of trade. You probably should realize that you are going to have to take a loss on these trades at some level. It's not possible for me to provide any useable opinion more.

5) Go to paypayl, skrill or neteller and demand full refunds for this month's service at minimum since Ortwin has swindled you out of this months payment probably. Considering the intentional misrepresentation and total lack of transperancy by Ortwin I would suggest that you ask for a refund for every month of service on this service. Don't be shy PayPal allows for easy refund request going back several months on transactions ....just remember to use words 'like service provider lied repeatedly and mislead about the quality of servcie delivered' - 'provider faile to deliver that promised and the provider failed to respond to serious service failure allowing the client to loose money for no reason other than incompetence.' lastly, 'provider demanded payment from clients even after the service had in fact been shutdown...fraud'


According to Frank Wright @ RedRHinoFX, a vocal critic of Ortwin in this thread, Ortwin is in fact really Jens Damberg or some other name. I personally don't know if Jens Damberg is a real name or not since Ortwin is obviously not a real name. Giving Frank Wright and some others full credit, it would seem a that everything Frank said about Ortwin is true so I will leave it at that.

Thanks for the warning Frank Wright @ RedRHinoFX. Partly because of your vocal contributions I never opened an account with Jens but my friend did and now I have to help them clean up the situatoin.

Be on the lookout for similar looking systems ... there is a new one on myfxbook that looks very similar but can't be certain yet. Sorry guys, this has happened, unfortunately Jens has this track record and its not the first time, he will also be back for sure.

If you DD are not too bad you can use another Marti EA to clean up the mess. set the magic numbers and the multiplier low.

As mentioned above, the guy has personal info on you all so you need to change passwords to anything you gave him!
