From my research that I could only find on 3rd party websites, it says Fidelis doesn't acccept US clients.
If this is true, and the ability to claim the prize is only after an account has gone thru the standard approval process, would this make this contest essentially obsolete for US participants?

Hi,
I participate ferst time too, but I took part couple contests in Russia.
I think you can reread ruls of contest and ask question organizer.
I think you can trade any available pairs and any lots/
