I think its a waste of time

their platform is bad

my demo running blown last friday but my ohter live accounts more than 3 we running properly

that with much much smaller fund size ie 1k to the demo 100k yet did not blow

I rest my case


Infact my other accounts made 30% or so in that friday nite last week alone

I had no connection last night for around 3 hours, so I deleted the account from my mt4 app on my iPhone. Now, when I try to log in it says 'invalid account'. It's frustrating watching my account lose $ (albeit fake $) on my myfxbook profile but not be able to get access to the account on the trading platform so I can trade or close my open positions! Please tell me how to get access to my account again.

just forget that account . its worst . why you want to continue if you know its bad broker . even his customer support can't help us .

Hi.... it's possible that the server you are trying to connect to is not the correct server. Check in your e-mail account for the 'Myfxbook Contest Registration' e-mail. In the e-mail you should see your login details for the contest as well as the server name, which should be 'SquaredMT4-Demo'.

Compare these details to the details displayed when you click on 'File > Login to Trade Account' from the MT4 menu.

Also, in the 'Tools > Options' menu, under the 'Server' tap, make sure your login details are correct, and that the server name here is set to 'SquaredMT4-Demo - Squared Financial Services Limited' and NOT 'SquaredMT4-Live - Squared Financial Services Limited'.

I hope this helps, otherwise I would suggest you send an e-mail to Squared Financial directly and ask them to check on their end.

hi. I have account with another company and have been trading ten years. I did a screenshot of the log-in details and kept the email, so I'm logging in properly. I am also using the correct server. I hope this gets resolved. I had no problem logging in at the onset of the contest.

yes, I am using the right log-in, pw, and server. It says invalid account every time.

For anyone else whose having the same problem with being unable to connect or log in, I wrote SF at the following address and they were very quick at getting me logged in again: [email protected]

I have been blocked from the start. Useless broker and ridiculous rules (some). I don't worry about it. There will always be more competitions to play. :)

Hello guys good luck with the competiion i could not sign in , the website for squared is reall hard to navigate , i was never prompted to download anything nor was there a link to download the platform from the contest page unlike the fidelis competition where i did 180% , with a descent drawdown .

I'm not here to defend squared financial, and we shouldn't have been losing connection anyway, but, on the other hand I don't like to see people making false accusations and promoting their own interests on a comment board that has nothing to do with your interests. Let's be honest, squared financials website is not difficult to navigate, and I posted their email address above, which they quickly responded to me from and fixed the problem. Don't use this forum thread to promote your alternate group interest.

Do you work for squared financial ? why are you so adomant in defending them . if traders cant loging at this point its too late , just stop . no one cares enough about a demo comp to be emailing info like they're trying to get back real money . And my interest are to make money trading , that my friend is not my own interest it is in fact the interest of evey trader. I have never had anyone say to me stop helping me with my trading . I have been trading for over 9 years and it was hard for me at first . i want to help people so if you yourself is a trader then why are you demoting the help i am offering to you and others . i am not selling anything i am simply giving out free pips and i did mention that traders could use them for this demo comp or on thier live account you could also do the same valeagril1 , do not hate when you are offered help simply accept it , or ignore it . i gave out 280 pips on 3 currency pairs yesterday and you could of taken advantage of that also. If anyone needs help like i did when i first started trading , i am building a community of traders where we share trades and ideas and i give out pips everyday for free , all are welcome .

my goodness...can YOU and people like YOU, PLEASE do yourself a favor and disconnect yourself. Your comments could not be more pathetic than they already are.
As for the rest of us who are registered(obviously you have to register sometime in life but that makes perfect sense to a person WITH common sense), logged in and trade...we simply DO NOT CARE! Or as someone who is really sick and tired of this, say, I DO NOT GIVE A SHIT!
WE do not look for flaws, mistakes, errors or whatever so that we can point fingers at someone...we help and support, if we can or know how. Otherwise, we are just enjoying the game and cheering. Try it sometime.
