I have panic started, cryptocurrency fell and I don't know what to do, will it fall further amidst all the news and is it better to sell or hold it and wait for growth? Tell me what to do 😱

HODL all you can, for more than a year probably. BTC will be rising very sharply, higher than any speculation. Though a bearish trend will be going on for quite a while before that happens.
