Hello ,
have you ever encounter with the situation where investos will be telling you they need 100% returns in a month? , such is what i encounter sometimes, where investors will want more due to they have some bills to pay up for. i offer 35% to $40 monthly, so the rest profits on top will be mine, of all the three, only one in which is account am trading now and wich is on myfxbook agreed
what do you think of the rest two?

Hi,
If you fall short of the 35-40% do you make up the shortfall to your investors?
😀

I wouldn't call that investing. If that's what they expect walk away.
A good client will understand, as will a good manager, that those expectations are unrealistic. Any client who doesn't know that will just cause hassles for you. Let them go burn their fingers elsewhere.
Client shouldn't tell you what he wants. As an MM you need to tell him what you can give them safely. Who do you think gets sued when you try for 100% and the account blows out?

You shouldn't offer what you can't guarantee to deliver in my opinion. If you're offering your investors 35-40% per month then that's what they will expect. I know I'd be asking questions if you offered 35-40% and only delivered 25% despite it being a good deal.
If you don't set expectations for your investors then perhaps they wouldn't ask for more from you. Make them aware that this is a high risk investment and as such they should only use high risk capital for it. If they are investing with you in order to make money to pay the bills then you are in for a world of pain in my opinion.

Of course we all are aware that's illegal to project performance in most countries? Offering say 35% to 40%?
In fact, it's not illegal, but an offer that you have to adhere to. Liability wise you're wide open to litigation.

MaryJane is Zero form the Oanda forum. He is a psychopath.
He's got like 20 aliases over at Oanda - MaryJane is just one of them, he always has an opinion on everything and will give it to you, whether you want to hear it or not, no matter how uninformed he is.

Normally I'd just ignore someone like him, but he has a nasty habit of injecting himself into a thread and staying there till everybody just leaves. Thread dies. It's impossible to have a decent conversation while his multiple personalities are figthing for domination and recognition.
Especially when he randomly blurbs out gibberish that has nothing to do with the topic.
I think it's either drugs or booze or just good old insanity. No normal person will run three or more identities at the same time on a forum. It's just to much hassle.
