With the recent news before us
which will have tremendous impact on EUR pairs:
Interest Rate Decision (Jan)
ECB Press Conference
and after the SNB suprise move
The brokers have decided to protect themselves thus they temporarily reduce leverage .
It does mean your open positions could be liquidated by broker and if you open new position you should recalculate your trade size according to the adjusted leverage.
To find out if this problem applies to you check your message tab in MT4 or contact your broker's support.
