Here is the time break down of forex trading

Asian set traps and Frankfurt also set traps which gather and set the liquidity for the day

London provide extra liquidity through sweep of buy or sell side liquidity

NewYork provides the real movement of the day and it's the best time for trading

Wants to know better, comment , interested

Hold positions if your setup is probable

Interesting take—my data agrees that NY often delivers the decisive leg, but the “inducement” tends to print after a prior session sweep and a clear liquidity pocket forms. I’d suggest logging session-by-session win rate

My filters I use with hfm currently: reproduce results on my own data, demand broker-verified stats (not screenshots), run walk-forward with realistic slippage/fees, and require at least one OOS quarter before risking real funds
