It is indeed important to learn how to control your emotions. I don't believe it's possible to reach a state of complete emotionlessness but we can definitely practice and choose not to listen to our feelings.

loss is a thing that cannot be avoid at all in spite of having good knowledge and experience. so we the traders first of all have to except the mentality to faces losses. thank you.

It is quite normal to have fear of losing but it can always be avoided by proper knowledge and dedication.
