Im sure it is somewhere ,but i could not find it. So basically, i want to know, how you manage trading during summer months. Im reading everywhere, that june to august is really bad for trading but im confused.
I have bad may, then really good june,t his month is bad again ,but im not sure ,if i should trade in august ?Maybe just lower sizes? Like this month looks probably worst, but i want to know other opinions. do you experience any issues during these months,or you trade anyway?
thanks in advance

Congratulations- you have discovered off-season trading.
In fact, there is a decline in volatility - and because of this, the workshop movement is delayed at the moment (but does not change) if you have a recession. in May, it means that we need to reconsider the approach

I'll tell you the following

The fact that you have discovered seasonality is not a panacea

most likely, you do not have enough experience - since the market draws a little differently (let's say it distorts movements outside the summer)
That's all.

just gain experience and track the market in detail.
compare with other summers.

I'm trading. I'm fine at any time of the year.
You can come in and look at my briefcase yourself.

Summer trading is slower (usually) but there are still plenty of opportunities

yeah ,i wasnt sure, if i should or shouldnt risk it since last month was fine.
But as whiterabbit said , i will rather watch it and learn how its moving . But im glad, there are still opportunities and its not completely dead.
At some point it can be good for some traders to get rest from the markets :)
