The strategy depend on the trading time. If there is high volatility then I use trend following strategies. If volatility is low then I use ranging strategies

Keep your mind relaxed when trading and only sit in front of the screen for 2-3 hours at a time. To stay healthy, you should go to the gym or go out on the streets.

sometimes trading can be useless despite of having good timing , because nothing certain in this trading place at all.

Time indeed is a vital ingredient for trading. You are not going to make profits, even by applying the right strategies if your timings are wrong. Timings determine the profitability of a trade.

Good information, this formula is very convenient. Consistent profit cannot be made in trading without mind relaxation.

You can trade in different sessions , however it is to be kept in mind that some pairs show more volatility during a particular trading sessions while others don’t. So you need to choose the pairs wisely when you trade at a particular time.

Very true. I mainly trade EUR during London and look out a lot for USD when its NY opening. These have the most volume imo

Time session maintenance is very important. Volatility is much better when trading in new work sessions. And markets are created in London and Sydney sessions.
