What do you wish to achieve through forex?

Of course I'll be wishing for a good return especially that this has been a good source of income to others, so I am also hoping that it will also the same on my case. As of now I am trading with https://www.itrader.com/en/about and though there are just little returns because I am in small deal yet I am also looking forward to invest big amount if I am as professional as like some of you.

It is very simple really.
Make enough money to pay my bills and support my family.

I do worry how hard it is to profit. There seem to be so few traders that achieve this, even after years of work.

In the present world from any other profession Forex trading is most comfortable and suitable to earn money in a proper way, but you have make sure some mandatory rules for that . but practically mostly traders are loser from here due to lack of exact trading knowledge which is the key to success in this volatile trading place. Besides good trading knowledge it is also important to ensure proper trading plan , money management , risk management and obviously a reliable support from a credible trading broker.

Well, most of all and primarily money and more knowledge about forex markets that would help me with better trading strategies.

I think for most people it is all about the money. It is an interesting field to get into but at the end of the day I would rather just have the money and be sitting on a beach all day!

Me too.. in a way this is a pointless thread. no one gets into forex because they want to spend hours looking at charts all day. we do it so that we can make money

extra money what else! i don't think i have ever looked at forex as a full time business for me. I can't rely on it for my existence

This means it's one of two things:
1. You're not good enough at it, yet
2. You don't have enough starting equity to trade with big enough lots in order to make enough profits.
Trade with determination!
