Recently, there was a suggestion that users should be able to disable dicussion. While I completely agree with the negative response on this, I think it would be handful to be able to disable discussion on one account if a link to another account where the same system is run is provided.
For example, I am about to publish 5 different accounts of the same system and it would be very uncomfortable to monitor all 5 different discussions, so I could lock those 4 and the discussion would only take place on the 5th account.

This makes sense, however if the "master" account was deleted or made private the remaining accounts should unlock automatically in my opinion.
