I have noted also some times these delays but only on MT4. Never noticed them on cTrader. I personally think that cTrader is less expensive (0.9 Pips + 0.4 spread for EURUSD instead of almost 2 pips in MT 4 - also MT5 than MT4). MT5 looks also cheaper than MT4.
