Nothing good to mention now. It was a reasonable broker a few years back.
What would you improve about IC Markets?
It seems that as of late they started hunting Stop Loses or introduce higher spreads at times, when comparing exactly the same trades with different brokers. I’d certainly like to see fair spreads and trading. Customer service is OK, but they always put their interest ahead of the customer’s and often appear unfriendly and intimidating despite a very long relationship and large balances.

Very average, comparing with other brokers of similar size and time in the market. Unfair trading environment, unfriendly customer service, no regard to many years as a customer with a large deposit.

I can't think of anything yet, but if there's anything I want to recommend, I'll review it again. For now, I think it's very good.

What do you like best about IC Markets?
They will not release your fund when you withdraw and they will give you different stories till the withdrawal timeline is over then they will return the virtual fund back to your trading account hoping you try trading with it so you lose your fund.
What would you improve about IC Markets?
They need to release people's funds because i've been chasing them to have back my funds for over 1 week now yet it's stories upon stories everyday till this moment.

Do not put your money there because they won't release your fund. I've been dragging with them for more than 1 week now regarding my withdrawal after them messed with my emotions and i went on revenge trading. Now i have requested for my deposited fund after losing my profit but still they do not want to release my funds. They waited for days and when the 1-3 days timeline was up, they return the virtual money to the trading account again saying the funds has been reverse without giving any reason. Honestly the truth is that icmarket are never willing to release your funds. I have reported them to the authorities in Seychelles and i hope time catches up to them because they've done enough. I repeat do not put your money in icmarket if you do not want to be frustrated.

mejoraria algunos metodos de seguridad que aveces hacen que ciertos metodos burocrativcos que pide el broker se vuelvan obsoletos como por ejemplo el primer retiro a la primera cuenta que se realizo. no bastatria simpletmente que fuera una cuenta a tu nobre?

en general a sido un broker transparente, confiable , profecional. perosnalmente lo recomendaria.

My personal experience is that I started operating in this market in 2019, and considering that I have worked with several brokers, currently the IC Markets broker operates much more transparently and logically, and I hope it does not change these rules and can gain a better position.

Low spreads, especially raw accounts. the spread when I trade usdjpy is only about 0.1 pips, but the commission on raw accounts is so painful for me.

Deposit/withdrawal methods are extremely poor, user cant easily deposit and not even get withdrawal easily.

In terms of trading experience is very good but that all get exhausted when user cant easily withdraw or deposit, ICmarkets own are open to get deposit from other broker but they cant give withdrawal same way, I deposited through skrill and now they removed skrill method and saying you can only withdraw through Bank wire but there are many different rules in each country, all governments do not support some specific type of transactions and ICMarkets must provide userfriedly way for depsoit and withdraw.
OVERALL IF I SAY ABOUT EXPERIENCE IS " IT IS ALL BASELESS IF USER CANT DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAW THROUGH THE METHODS HE WANTS OR THROUGH THE SOURCES HE HOLDS HIS FUNDS"

Best thing is easiness of deposit and withdrawals, constant chat support and clear comunicating back office team. Since they are based in Australia I finis my trades mid night and make a withdrawal request and by the time I wake up it is already in my acount (cyrpto withdrawals, visa card and bank transwer is aroung two days)
