The platform is good and customer service of SS is good. However the 4 or 5 signals I've tried either stop trading and don't tell you, or aren't profitable enough to cover their subscription fees.
you can always contact support and ask for refund if trading is completely stopped from a provider.

so where are the results from leading signal providers?
My rating is based on the following:
(1) Platform reports draw down % incorrectly e.g. The best of the best signal had 5.6% maximum draw down % on Friday 10/11 and today it is zero. This means that draw down % for many signals could be grossly understated thereby resulting in increased risk for followers;
(2) Customer Service :(a) Interaction with Traders is a common and necessary feature for any good signal service e.g. Zulutrade; Mql5, etc. This enables followers to obtain up to date status of any signal being followed e.g. How does a follower know when a signal provider has stopped trading if the follower can not even ask questions?
(b) It takes forever for Chris the only support person to answer emails. Why not add staff and include online chat like other good signal providers e.g. Zulutrade;
(3) Charging separately for an account is ridiculous since you can't receive signals without having an account. Simplify the pricing and bundle into one simple price.
(4) The ranking system is not explained anywhere unlike some other signal platforms e g. FXSTAT. The ranking seems to favour new very short term providers who seem to the 'gaming' the system by pumping up profitability (sometimes with massive risk) within the first month, then trade differently for subsequent months (e.g. BAT system) without informing followers or adjusting their fees.

Signalstart is a very reliable and robust signal service. Straight forward and easy to use.
The autopilot copy-trade platform works perfectly. Traders' track record is verified and all trading history is visible. Unfortunately Customer service sucks. Takes a week to receive email response and their prices are expensive. They even charge traders 30% of our subscriptions. No wonder traders keep leaving or opening new accounts to game the system.

I think many people look at the ranking and not the details.
Constant lot size
diversity over many pairs
trading on consistent patterns ( same Candle)
