The monthly subscription for the platform is expensive. It would be nice too if investors could review and comment the signals.
It should charge only from provider, as a percentage

no customer details when the sign up ie name
I subscribed to two signals that had really good stats, however once my account started copying the trades I lost quite a bit.
I'm still hoping that my account will recover, but if it doesn't change then I will be cancelling the service.
I would advise if anyone wants to try this, just use an account with a small investment like I did, just in case ;-)
Pricing is OK, if you actually make money using the service.
The platform is easy to use, however, I do think it needs more info about the signal providers;
- Number of subscribers
- Subscriber reviews about the different signal providers
- At least an option for signal providers to communicate with their followers even if you do not want them to interact directly with the subscribers. For example forum or blog posts without comments?
Not sure about the Customer Service, I haven't had to contact them, which in it-self is kind of a good thing i guess.
