If you're in the UK, try below two:

     https://www.intertraderdirect.com/
     https://gkfx.co.uk/

I am with gkfx and so far they seem to be fine.

Intertrader claim to be stp but I don't have a real account with them.

you FXPRO which the SP 500, the deposit required is $ 500, the spread is 1/4 point (0.25), often it is 0.50 in the MetaTrader brokers or $ 12.50 and more the only problem in FXPRO, the trade will cost 10 euros or dollars, 13dollars, otherwise must, you contact Global futures, the spread is as FXPRO, but the trade must be 2-3 dollars, you win $ 10 dc , but without graphs, just the order book .. the deposit required is $ 500, but he asks from 1500 to 2000 euros for an account future,

Do a research on the spread they offer. Some brokers have way too big spreads while others have decent.
