What is your budget for this project? I have 30+ years of experience.
If it looks too good to be true, it's probably a scam! Let the buyer beware.

1. extract trade data to .csv
2. create php/javascript demon to fetch .csv data and transfer them to Mysql
3. create slave script at ctrader to copy those trades
