What do you like best about FXCC?
The account they provide is their business card fr. The trading conditions there are very favourable for scalping trading style, as the fees are low, allowing to open a great deal of positions throughout the day.
What would you improve about FXCC?
I would suggest adding an additional platform, apart from the mt4/mt5. I think they are a bit too complicated to use, especially the charting and entering into positions. I would rather trade with a trading view with a modern interface, which is user friendly at least.

I’m scalping most of my trades and found it to suit me the best so far. I’m looking to take inverse trades on a lower timeframe with the eurusd pair during the london session and london/ny overlap. What i like is that the executions are instant, allowing me to get filled right when i need it. It’s crucial for scalping, because if the chart moves a bit and i get filled randomly, i can suffer loss even if i hit my desired take profit level because of poor execution.

works for 15 years, has STP/ecn execution, not MM (to my knowledge), proper modern mt5 platform.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Wire transfers I did had 30$ fee. Minimum withdrawal to bank also is quite big. 500$. Other brokers withdraw from 5$ or 10$ and don't have fees for withdrawals to banks. Made me regret I chose bank as the payment option.......

trading part is great, no complaints, feature-rich, good customer service, worth talkinng to at least. Somewhat greedy on the non-trading side. I am 99% confident they have a fee for not trading for too long, too. tHings like that, I wish they didnt have.

More or less everything is at the okay level, most important thing that I like is that they are solid company that can be trusted with budget.

I would make it fresher for sure, like update the website and add more analytics and education, becase right now those aspects are suffering the most.

Using it daily, literally, trading on pairs like gbp.usd and xauusd. What I think about it overall is positive, a good place for trading and have good costs.

while the platform is generally stable, I believe a more modern interface or expanded platform options, outside of MT would make them even better

I appreciate platforms and brokers like FXCC. They seemed like they knew who their targeted traders were, and crafted perfect trading terms for this trading style. While the platform can be suitable even for swing traders, this is the best place for scalpers or intra-day traders. The spreads are raw, the execution is flawless and there is no trading fee for opening and closing trades.

What would you improve about FXCC?
Strange that made the zero fees and spreads accounts. I’d rather prefer to have a choice there. Anyway, spreads depend on market conditions. I need some sort of stability.

For my trading strategy that required some help from EAs and more customization, the trading environment that FXCC provided, was right on target. Mt4 was the platform, where I’ve already had everything built and set up. I could accept that conditions weren’t ideal, anyway I think I wouldn’t find such.

I enjoy the ecn stp accounts, especially since i’m a scalper trader. I get filled to trades so quickly, that it literally boosted my profitability by nearly double.

I would suggest them to add more platforms maybe, because it feels like mt4 and mt5 are outdated compared to trading view.

I can't complain, it was smooth from the beginning. Supports guided me throughout the opening account process at first, and generally trading here for a scalper is cloud nine.

FXCC broker has been on my radar for a long time and as soon as I saw they added the metatrader 5 platform a few weeks ago, I joined almost immediately. I remember how I was reading many various reviews and there were a lot of people asking about adding the mt5 platform and it seems, the broker indeed cares about the comfort of its customers. After completing the registration process, I decided to take advantage of their 100% deposit bonus and it was easy and peasy to meet all the terms and conditions.

Their education section is outdated and it looks like all the articles were published years ago and since then they didn’t update anything new for educational purposes.

Generally speaking, my cooperation with the FXCC broker is going pretty well and I didn’t expect to be so impressed with the quality of their trading conditions on the ECN XL account.

I don’t trade a lot and when I do it’s mostly swing trades. ECN market execution is nice to have in this case because even though the execution might not be instant, I’m always able to get a great price.

As I already mentioned, I haven’t experienced any problems while trading with FXCC. This is an ECN broker, and the only account available has certain advantages. Mainly in terms of cost effectiveness - the spreads are raw and tight and the usual ecn account fee for opening and closing positions is eliminated.

Still, some places to improve - and cost is of course, the less the better.

Turns out it doesn't take you long to get used to a broker when you trade daily with it; excluding weekends of course. Did some research before signing up and they are here for like 15 years, this was what sealed the deal for me, was looking for a broker tested by time. Also I didn't mind the platform, MT4 was here all my life, and I am happy to use it because it didn;t compromise on quality, it still offers the same services, legit and quick. Overall, a great experience for what I have got for like 8-9 months, they'v earned a loyal customer.

Just recently discovered this platform, and because of their amazing trading terms I decided to give it a try immediately. Trading with an ECN account type without paying those hefty trading fees on each trade seems like too good to be true.
But it proved to be true. The spreads are truly raw and extremely tight, and there are no trading fees when you open and close a position

I like the platform, plain and simple. MT4 is great, and to be totally honest, I don't really get these new and fancy platforms with like hundreds of timeframes and indicators, I don't need all of those, I need only 2-3 things which are here already.
How they treat customers is also top tier, from the first time when I write to customer support till now, all I got was friendly and timely response.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Well the prices could always be better, right? What I would do is make the spreads even lower.
Also I would add some more services like maybe a loyalty system with account levels and so on.

My time here is simple, yet effective. Every day I open my mt4 and trade with fxcc, I do my analysis in the morning and trade when I see the setup opening. It has been pretty much the same for the last 5 years, and I enjoyed most of my time here.

What I like the most is the consistency they provide in terms of low spreads, excellent execution speed and overall low trading costs.

They are solid and constant, in a way that high quality services were never compromised. Yes, perhaps some aspects grew old and not as modern, but the quality still stays the same, and this is why I like FXCC. Trading platform is great, MT4 and it's variations for different devices, I am a fan of this platform and I would like to keep trading with it, which I am doing here.

Sorry for being a critic, but I care about my broker and therefore I wanna improve some thing here. First of all, that would be customer support - needs to be much more effective and responsive. The features as well, the services need to stay same quality but be more advanced, and the costs could be lower, like you guys can get rid of all commissions from withdrawals.

Using FXCC at least 3-4 days a week for the past 2+ years, and my time here has been great the whole time. Of course I did more mistakes in the beginning and learned my lessons, but I am kinda proud of myself that I didn't give up under pressure, and the broker helped me a lot with it.
