"Joined almost immediately"
What do you like best about FXCC?
FXCC broker has been on my radar for a long time and as soon as I saw they added the metatrader 5 platform a few weeks ago, I joined almost immediately. I remember how I was reading many various reviews and there were a lot of people asking about adding the mt5 platform and it seems, the broker indeed cares about the comfort of its customers. After completing the registration process, I decided to take advantage of their 100% deposit bonus and it was easy and peasy to meet all the terms and conditions.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Their education section is outdated and it looks like all the articles were published years ago and since then they didn’t update anything new for educational purposes.
Overall
Generally speaking, my cooperation with the FXCC broker is going pretty well and I didn’t expect to be so impressed with the quality of their trading conditions on the ECN XL account.

Spreads most of all, but the assets choice is also not bad
What would you improve about FXCC?
Not a lot of local payment options where I’m from, would be great if they added something besides wire transfer and cryptocurrency

I don’t trade a lot and when I do it’s mostly swing trades. ECN market execution is nice to have in this case because even though the execution might not be instant, I’m always able to get a great price.

As I already mentioned, I haven’t experienced any problems while trading with FXCC. This is an ECN broker, and the only account available has certain advantages. Mainly in terms of cost effectiveness - the spreads are raw and tight and the usual ecn account fee for opening and closing positions is eliminated.

The features are the best , you get your trade analysis here, and the platform is legit, mt is available for both phone and pc.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Still, some places to improve - and cost is of course, the less the better.
Customer service could have been a little more promt.

Turns out it doesn't take you long to get used to a broker when you trade daily with it; excluding weekends of course. Did some research before signing up and they are here for like 15 years, this was what sealed the deal for me, was looking for a broker tested by time. Also I didn't mind the platform, MT4 was here all my life, and I am happy to use it because it didn;t compromise on quality, it still offers the same services, legit and quick. Overall, a great experience for what I have got for like 8-9 months, they'v earned a loyal customer.

I can see how FXCC prioritizes their clients. They have no commissions, one of the tightest spreads in the game and 100% depo bonus as well.

The only drawback with this broker is the platform. I would love to see fxcc adding mt5.

Altogether, i love trading with this broker, as i know that my money is secure and i can trade with great conditions.

Just recently discovered this platform, and because of their amazing trading terms I decided to give it a try immediately. Trading with an ECN account type without paying those hefty trading fees on each trade seems like too good to be true.
But it proved to be true. The spreads are truly raw and extremely tight, and there are no trading fees when you open and close a position

The trading conditions most especially the execution speed it would be cool if it’s faster.

What do you like best about FXCC?
I like the platform, plain and simple. MT4 is great, and to be totally honest, I don't really get these new and fancy platforms with like hundreds of timeframes and indicators, I don't need all of those, I need only 2-3 things which are here already.
How they treat customers is also top tier, from the first time when I write to customer support till now, all I got was friendly and timely response.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Well the prices could always be better, right? What I would do is make the spreads even lower.
Also I would add some more services like maybe a loyalty system with account levels and so on.

My time here is simple, yet effective. Every day I open my mt4 and trade with fxcc, I do my analysis in the morning and trade when I see the setup opening. It has been pretty much the same for the last 5 years, and I enjoyed most of my time here.

I have been trading here for a long time, a couple of years already and what started as a curiosity to check how the broker performs ended up in a lasting relationship. What I like the most is the consistency they provide in terms of low spreads, excellent execution speed and overall low trading costs.
What I would like them to improve is the customer service. Speeding up the withdrawal process wouldn’t hurt anyone

They are solid and constant, in a way that high quality services were never compromised. Yes, perhaps some aspects grew old and not as modern, but the quality still stays the same, and this is why I like FXCC. Trading platform is great, MT4 and it's variations for different devices, I am a fan of this platform and I would like to keep trading with it, which I am doing here.
What would you improve about FXCC?
Sorry for being a critic, but I care about my broker and therefore I wanna improve some thing here. First of all, that would be customer support - needs to be much more effective and responsive. The features as well, the services need to stay same quality but be more advanced, and the costs could be lower, like you guys can get rid of all commissions from withdrawals.

Using FXCC at least 3-4 days a week for the past 2+ years, and my time here has been great the whole time. Of course I did more mistakes in the beginning and learned my lessons, but I am kinda proud of myself that I didn't give up under pressure, and the broker helped me a lot with it.

Having a rich option of trading software is a trend now. It’s not necessarily trading platforms. That could be market data integration platforms, for example.

My account with fxcc was opened because I could try Expert advisors and benefit from an ECN xl account, which is very important. Just check spreads here if you are interested.

I am satisfied with my experience on this platform. I was looking for a broker where I would continue using my scalping trading strategy but would lower down the trading costs, and FXCC indeed provides me with excellent and raw spreads and doesn’t overcharge for that like some other platforms

Well, here, I think, it might seem obvious for anyone, even from first look at the website that their ECN XL account is very affordable for trading. Yes, zero spreads is not the frequent happening thing, but spreads are indeed tight, as it turns into even very volatile market conditions. Also, I liked that they still offer the MT4 platform, my favorite.
What would you improve about FXCC?
It takes time for support to respond, I think it should be working on weekends too, who knows, when you will need assistance.

Overall, I consider this broker as a decent one for any type of trading. Since, I haven`t yet faced any problems with them and their pricing fits my wallet, I`m gonna further keep trading there.

What would you improve about FXCC?
I would not be adding another account... but I would surely be adding another platform, at laest MT5 to start with.
They need to add some more assets to trade, like maybe ETFs or Bonds or so on.

Single account never bothered me anyway and I think this is how they made sure everybody is equal and one is not getting better trading conditons than the other! I've seen companies who have many accounts and if you pay 10k you can get better conditions, this should not work like this, and FXCC has my utmost respect for doing the right thing.
The spreads are not that bad, but can be even lower for the popular pairs like eur/u sd because a lot of poeple trade it.

They could add more platform, more modern ones, ctrader or TradingView, for example.

I have been trading with the broker for small amount of time and mostly on a demo account, but I can see the potential in it. I thnk I will stay here on a real acc for some time.
