You did ok. In inputs tab there is no account number option. I wanted to say you have to do this on contest account otherwise, it will just create new account at myfxbook "Porfolio". So now left for you to open new chart and attach myfxbook EA then contest account should be updated.

Finally i got my contest account working. To do that, download 2 files (MyfxbookEA.dll & Myfxbook.ex4) from here http://www.myfxbook.com/help/connect-metatrader-ea (scroll down page till end). Copy .ex4 file to experts folder, .dll to experts\libraries folder. If you was running mt4 while doing this, then reopen. Open new an chart which you won't use (it needed only for running EA) double click on EA or drag to chart, in common tab > Safety > tick all 3 options, on inputs tab add your data. Make sure it's same account (number) which is registered in contest. Otherwise you will get new account on your myfxbook portfolio. Congrats you got working contest account. [smiley]
