What would you improve about Number One Capital Markets?
Customer service is not helpful and non-existent. I've had a minimal withdrawal request pending since APRIL 2nd as have many other clients. There isn't a block on my account or any reason why I shouldn't be able to withdraw, and customer service just states they have expidited my request to the proper department. They are still accepting deposits, but not honoring withdrawal requests. STAY CLEAR OF HERE, there is no way to get your money back out. SCAM OR PONZI here....I'd be curious if NON-US members are getting their withdrawal requests honored or not.

I created a withdrawal request in February 2025 and it's still pending. The only response I keep getting from "Ed" is an apology for the delay and they are working on my request. After almost 2 months of waiting, my hopes of getting my money are fading.
What would you improve about Number One Capital Markets?
To have better customer service responses. I think they only have a bot called Ed that replies the same thing over and over.

I never worry about withdrawal because it is always fast. It infact meets some emergency need at times when I withdraw in a hurry. The many withdrawal options that n1cm provides is also cool. Having such makes it easy for me to choose the one that works best for my country. One thing to also note is the broker's provision of constantly valuable news content that covers all its assets. I make better trade decisions when I combine news analysis with technical factors

The platform has trade from chart capabilities and offers one click trading. It does not charge negative charges to; it looks like the broker covers such costs itself. Withdrawal using various means is also possible and easy especially with the use of cryptocurrencies. It also accepts MasterCard, Visa cards and electronic wallets of different kinds

It provides no dealing desk services and depends on top and trusted liquidity providers. In my months of trading here I have also been able to confirm that the broker is trustworthy. It doesn't manipulate charts and does not delay trade execution. I have successfully been able to refer four people here and they have also not complained. One of them only wish the broker had cryptocurrency CFDs for crypto trading flexibility

N1cm has a good interface and clear charts. I use multiple chart layouts at the same time and also get to use as many indicators at the same time without restrictions. There is very minimal slippages, so minimal that you mght never see them. I have only experienced it once or twice during news releases of high volatility. I trade news every week and the tight spreads help my profitability

I get to trade with both the MT4 and MT5. I started with the MT4 and switched to the MT5 to see how it works. I think they are both okay. Tight spreads are available for the forex pairs. I cannot comment about other assets because I trade only forex.

It was a good option to receive 25% bonus on my initial deposit. It has increased my trading capital, so I could earn more, aside that I also have good leverage on trading forex. Good thing is that I am free to withdraw profits made on my bonus funds, while bad thing is that I am not able to withdraw my bonus funds

Got to know the broker through some online reviews. I asked a friend who also said some positive things about N1cm. I have been trading here since then and I do not have complaints. I had issues with my first withdrawal and when I contacted the customer service I discovered I was requesting withdrawal the wrong way. I got to know the right way and it has been fine since then

The news releases are usually constant and the broker concentrates on news that are major news and not irrelevant ones. Combining what the news says with my trades has been a profitable trading mechanism for me. The simplicity of the website is a big plus for me too
