hi guys

i tried to login to the contest account today and i found it disabled
did anyone face the same problem?

yes , as i understand it that is soposed to happen.

the account gets enabled from broker side

Account managed to log in, but price data was not running. It seems FXDD demo server is hang. Anyone experienced like this?

Did you login from a different account type? (from micro for example) Try opening a new chart.

Problem solved. It was caused by FXDD server DataCenter HK 2 -Demo was not fast enough. So, I've changed it to DataCenter 7 China (by clicking the connection status at the bottom right corner.)
