IC Markets account not updating in Portfolio

I've been having a hard time updating and even adding IC Markets accounts under the "Portfolio" feature. I always receive an error related to invalid credentials, but all details I input are valid and triple-checked. Sometimes it takes days to update the accounts even manually and now I cannot even add a new account (same "incorrect credentials" issue). Anyone else having this problem?
