IC Markets account not updating in Portfolio

I've been having a hard time updating and even adding IC Markets accounts under the 'Portfolio' feature. I always receive an error related to invalid credentials, but all details I input are valid and triple-checked. Sometimes it takes days to update the accounts even manually and now I cannot even add a new account (same 'incorrect credentials' issue). Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, I am experiencing the same problem as an IC Markets user. Last update for me was 26 April.
