High leverage doe not necessarily mean higher risk. As long as you know how much value you are investing, it is the same. Leverage just demand your minimum dollar to buy your product. Yet ultimately it is all the same the value of leverage of 100 or 500.

If utliised properly with a sound risk management strategy then yes leverage is very important. The double edged sword nature of it though is that if your risk management is poor, you can blow your account quicker.
If you can't spot the liquidity then you are the liquidity.

Everything depends on your personal preferences. Some traers claim that leverages are very useful and they help you to generate big sums of money, others state that leverages are very dangerous and it's the easiest way to lose all your funds. I suppose that everything has its own advtantages and disadvantages. Leverages aren't an exception actually. To my mind, leverages are quite helpful for those traders who have solid experience in trading activity and want to try something new, because they can weigh all the risks before open a deal and decide whether this deal worths it or not. So, that's why leverages aren't for rookies.

With higher leverage you can reduce fees
Exactly this is what leverage is, with less funds it increases the chances of opening a higher position which eventually helps to make good profit.
The main thing here is to have work experience, otherwise you can only get a loss from all this ...
yes experience matters a lot, with experience you will get to know how much leverage you have to use because it also varies with trading instruments.
