hi edgar
I still have an open buy position in my IBFX AU account form 24/2 do you have an open position too?
I do have all closed in both IBFX accounts. The best way is to have the mt4 with only the EUR/USD chart where is loaded the EA.
Happy trading!

pompealp,
Nope, you can't run more that 1 EA on a chart. You need to run this EA on a new EURUSD chart(M15), so your platform will have 2 charts open, 1 running FGB and one running the trail. In the trail EA, set the magic number to be the same as that for FGB.
In the settings, there is one called Trail_Start......use this to tell the EA at what number of pips to start trailing. The EA corrects for 4 & 5 digit brokers. If you are worried about the effectiveness of the trail set the Trail_Start to a relatively large number, like 25 pips.....at least that will allow some trades a lot of room to breath.
I agree with the idea that a news filter may help. This is pretty basic to incorporate, so I'm not sure why they don't do it. I can create an external news filter EA but I am not sure I can get it to prevent FGB trading when there is news due. Anyway, I will ponder it and see if I can come up with a solution.
hi kenny, means it is mandatory both eurousd charts opened at the same time interval setting respectively. for instance: FGB -> M15; Kenny EA M15 (too).
LivenFX,
No, you can run the trailing EA on any timeframe you please from M1 to Monthly. However, if you use the trail decay function, this is affected by time frame. If you set Wait_Bars to 90, it will be 90 minutes on the M1 and 3 months on the Daily chart, so be aware of that.

Did you have a trade today? The bonus indicator shows red sell arrows on the chart but no trades are triggered....very strange
If you see the parameters of the indicators, those are different of the parameters of the EA. I have 2 accounts with this EA. I will use the parameters of the indicators to trade one account and the other (main) will use the default EA parameters. Let's see what happen.

LivenFX,
Look at the quotes on the platform......some brokers offer prices up to 4 decimal places and others up to 5 decimal places.
1 Pip is 0.0001 of a currency(disregard Yen pairs for now witch is a 2/3 digit instrument). With a 5 digit broker 1 pip = 0.00010
I don't even know if there are any 4 digit brokers left..........

I'm also testing the trailing EA, but one point is still not clear for me and perhaps somebody can help me.
If the trailing start to work, it starts always from breakeven. That would mean, I have to choose the starting point far in profit, or I start with a very close distance of the stop.
So my question is: is there any possibility, to tell the EA, that it should start in a defined distance from the starting point?
For example: start point +20, the distance should be 40Pips...... so the EA should start the trail at -20 Pips. Is this possible?
