Why be so negative? Nothing is fake here, it's a demo contest with real prize money. The money in and out is how our ECN reconciliation works and it is throughly explained here: https://www.fxopen.com/ECNForexTrading.aspx. Without knowing your account/order numbers I can guess that you were close to a margin call and the system added more margin this way.

What other MT platform do you refer to? If it was identical to any other platform that would be a problem because this is ECN streaming prices. Prices are only identical for market making brokers.

Because my TP was ignored and instead new orders opened up (in place of TP), I got a margin alert and all my positions were closed at 18:33

I have suffered around 83% loss on the first day of contest, this puts me on a severe disadvantage. I hope something can be done about this :)

Let us check the message you sent to [email protected]. what e-mail address did you use to contact us?
In order to check your request we are going to need:
1) your account number
2) The ticket of the trade
3) MT4 printscreens, MT4 client terminal log files or any other info you can provide to back up the request.

No restrictions. All you'll need to do is open a new live account, verify it (ID+utility bill) to satisfy our Anti Money Laundering compliance, then we deposit the funds into it and you can do whatever you want with it.

This happen to me thi 'AGAIN' this morning. i deal to +300% last night, this morning remain +90%.. i din do any buy and sale after +300%. all my buy-in trade missing. not i want be negative, got prize to give then please give fairly and hounesly... thank you for your concern. i quit!

It is very unfortunate that you chose this path and refuse to cooperate by sending your account number and/or order numbers in question.

Out of 1350+ users we had about couple of dozen complaints most of which were related to users not being familiar with how to make all currency pairs available or how partial execution on ECN works. 3 complaints were found to be justified and the users are now in process of being compensated.

Judging by the description of the event you may have stumbled upon partial execution or near margin call. If you were to cooperate we could thoroughly investigate your claims, otherwise we are helpless.

Your comment about other MT pricings is completely unrelated as different brokers have different pricing, especially brokers who are market makers and not ECN brokers.

Prize was given fairly and transparently in the previous contest, you may want to get in touch with the 3 winners of the last contest, and will be given the same way at the end of this contest.

If you are talking about fairness and honesty you may want to perhaps consider the same for yourself as for now you only make claims without allowing us to verify them.

Apps froze on my pc, many time 'busy context' (Restarting a happen again),very long time execution. other mt on my pc running well.
Probably hang contest.

Trade Context busy error is not related to execution on FXOpen side.
The error message “trade context is busy” is displayed when the client is trying to open/close/modify several orders at the same time.
Any operation (opening/closing or modifying an order) is actually a request (command) sent to the trading server via the terminal Meta Trader 4. Meta Trader 4 is programmed in a way, that does not allow to send several requests (commands) at the same time. You have to wait before one request is executed, then make the next request. If you make the second command and the first command has not been completed, you will get the error #146: 'trade context is busy' and the second request will fail.
This often happens when you have several EAs enabled on different charts (or timeframes) and 2 or more EAs are trying to open/close/modify a trade at the same time.
This is an issue with the Meta Trader Terminal, and it is not related to FXOpen trading terms and conditions or any problems with FXOpen trading servers. Please, refer to https://articles.mql4.com/141 for more deatils and possible solutions.

If you need to open/close/modify trade manually and get the error 'trade context is busy' , you should restart the Meta Trader 4 terminal or retry the operation in a couple of seconds.

Hello, we have thoroughly reviewed your case. Processing a close order request for 2 minutes is somewhat longer than the average. However, you should understand, that in ECN trading environment and in ECN live accounts this is not uncommon and execution time may be longer depending on the liquidity providers and the available liquidity.

However, we are willing to adjust your balance according to the price that was reached when you first tried to close the order, And we hope this solution will encourage you to continue trading in this competiion!
