Stats update

hi, i'm new to your service but i found it very good... but i have a problem..

My stats doesn't update itself every 5 minutes (even if in my metatrader log there was no error on publishing... but now on you site said that last update was 40 minutes ago... why?

Hi, I have the problem, my statement does not update itself every 5 minutes. And another problem - even if in MT4 there are some open trades, they were not published on my page. But I saw the 'Equity' change. It connected only with one of my account. Probably I make mistakes somewhere.

'my statement does not update itself every 5 minutes' - If I am not mistaken, my MT should be opened and after that my account would be updated. If it is should be so, then I have understood my mistake according to my first question.

I click edit on my account, update my leverage info then click save, everything goes smooth no err or anything but it doesn't update :)

lucianccc, we have located the issue.

It will be resolved during the weekend as there will be some down time.

In the meantime, please state your leverage, and we'll fix it manually.

Use the invite feature in your settings area (Invitations tab).

For the life of me I can't get my info to post on here. I've done all the things mentioned above, restart MT4, made sure all setting are correct, etc. I have trades that have been made but it still says no data to analyze.

Any help would be great!

My balance chart is not accurate, in that it shows wrong dates on the pip columns, however on the growth chart the dates are correct.
I also have 3 inexisting open trades (the ones from Nov 25).
