Trade not showing up in myfx from ctrader

Hi all, I'm sure this is a really simple fix. I connected myfx to a small ICM live account, all looks fine it show my previous balance etc. But I did a small test trade yesterday and it still does not show in myfx.
I do have FXBlue attached to the same account (it is showing the test trade ok) to compare the both, is that's what wrong, i.e. you can't have these 2 at the same time?
Or how do you check that the ctrader account is actually able to send live trade info to myfx? Sorry for such a basic question

Hello BD,
I think the issue is having both fxBlue and MyFXBook at the same time. I have had MyFXBook on my trading account since it's inception back in November, but yesterday I added FXBlue, and almost immediately MyFXBook stopped gathering data.
I am in the process now of trying to cancel/close my new FXBlue account, to try to restore my MYFXBook account to normal operation.
So, I believe this may be the situation you are having also; apparently they both can not operate on the same trading account at the same time.
