Hello BD,
I think the issue is having both fxBlue and MyFXBook at the same time. I have had MyFXBook on my trading account since it's inception back in November, but yesterday I added FXBlue, and almost immediately MyFXBook stopped gathering data.
I am in the process now of trying to cancel/close my new FXBlue account, to try to restore my MYFXBook account to normal operation.
So, I believe this may be the situation you are having also; apparently they both can not operate on the same trading account at the same time.
