First of all you do not know what is given in member are. For your information member area does not have any provision of ticket. see attached screen shot of member area for updating your knowledge. Its by e-mail only. So do not advise any one without knowing right thing and without asking your advice.

Support email, support ticket whatever you'd like to call it. Email Jared DIRECTLY so the rest of us can continue discussing the EA intelligently. You bombarded the other thread already with your PERSONAL situation.
