First of all you do not know what is given in member are. For your information member area does not have any provision of ticket. see attached screen shot of member area for updating your knowledge. Its by e-mail only. So do not advise any one without knowing right thing and without asking your advice.

This is really sad, but I won't blame the EA, especially when USDCHF has the feed missing on such a large move. The EA didn't know when to close the trade.
